Walleye Sauté

Ingredients
|
1 Lb walleye fillets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienne
1 large green pepper, peeled and cut
into wedges
1/2 tsp sweet basil
salt and pepper to taste:: |
Cooking Instructions
| Cut
fillets into bite size peices
Heat oil in large skillet over medium
heat
Add onions, carrots and peppers,
saute for 10 minutes. Add walleye and remaining ingredients,
stirring well.
Cover and reduce heat; simmer 10
minutes or until fish flakes easily and is no longer
translucent in the center. |
