Ingredients

6 trout
3/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup peanut oil
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup shrimp
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat trout with a mixture of flour,
salt, and pepper. In a skillet, brown on both sides in
peanut oil; drain. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake for 5 to
10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Saute sliced
mushrooms in margarine in a skillet. Add lemon juice and
shrimp. Heat to serving temperature and spoon over the
trout. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top
