Salmon Pie

Ingredients

2 Pie Crust

1 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice

2 Onions, sliced

1 lb Fresh Mushrooms

2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 6 oz Cans Salmon, Drain & Mash

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Tablespoon Butter

Cooking Instructions

Line bottom of pie pan with one crust.

Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.

Combine rice with mushroom soup, spread half over pie shell.

Spread salmon then the onion and mushroom mixture over rice.

Top with half of the cheese and then the other half of the rice mixture.

Top with remaining cheese.

Put second pie crust over top and seal.

Bake @ 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
