Cheese Pasta
Alfredo with Salmon

Ingredients
|
1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1 pound salmon fillets
1 lemon, juiced
1 TBS rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
½ tsp. dried dill weed
1 (16 ounce) package uncooked pasta
1 (6 ounce) package shredded Parmesan
cheese |
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Heat Alfredo sauce in medium
saucepan over low/medium heat. Place salmon in a baking
dish. Mix lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl, and pour over
the salmon. Season with basil, parsley & dill weed. Bake
salmon 15 minutes in the preheated oven until easily flaked.
Remove from oven and break into bite size pieces.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook until tender. Drain and place in a large
bowl. Gently toss the salmon, pasta and Alfredo sauce
together and serve with Parmesan cheese.<BR><BR>You may want
to serve this dish with a green salad & hot French bread.
Yield 8 servings. |

This recipe comes to you with the thought of all those
wonderful salmon being caught this season. Many people
think, Mmmmmmmm, grilled salmon. After that thought, they
really have a hard time coming up with something
“different”. I thought this recipe would add a little change
of pace. |
