Cooking Instructions
| Use
any kind of fish fillets as long as you have boneless pieces
of fish meat cut into pieces small enough to wrap 1/2 slice
of bacon around at least 1 full wrap. Secure the bacon with
a toothpick. Place on a charcoal grill (depending upon the
heat) 20-30 minutes, until the bacon looks done and a little
crispy. Next, Brush on barbeque sauce of your choice (I
prefer KC Masterpiece Original Recipe) only let the barbeque
sauce get good and hot and roll them over once brushing the
other side well with bbq sauce once that side looks hot take
up and serve immediately or cover in a bowl and place in a
warm oven until ready to serve. Finger Lickin Good!
Guaranteed! This a recipe my mother used because we ate
alot of fish! We serve it now as an appetizer before dinner
or if we don't have guests we'll just have roll-ups for
dinner! |
