Crock pot Venison
Chili

Ingredients
|
1 pound ground venison
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
1 to 2 cups water
2 cans (16 ounce each) red kidney
beans |
Cooking Instructions

Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil in iron skillet
Put into crockpot with all
ingredients, except beans.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours,
adding beans the last hour.
Serve hot. If desired, top with
shredded cheddar cheese, Fritos and/or crackers |
