Ingredients
For 2
lbs. of venison:
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup of pineapple juice |
Cooking Instructions
Soak at
least 48 hrs and cook on the grill
Bryce's comment: It is outstanding.
Stated his mother would soak the roast overnight in
buttermilk. Then put spicy sausage or bacon and tie it on
top and cook it until the inside was 140 degrees. But he
prefers to cook it slow in a crockpot.
Shane Benoit likes to put steaks in a frying pan with
butter, salt, pepper, a little garlic, and perhaps onion.
Fry it on medium -high heat until the center is right and
eat it hot. Its hard to find a better way to eat venison. |
