Mahi-Mahi Oscar

with crab meat and asparagus

Ingredients

1 Mahi-Mahi filet, deboned

3 oz. Alaskan King Crab meat, cooked

6 medium asparagus spears, cooked

3 oz. prepared Hollandaise sause

1 lemon wedge

Cooking Instructions

Grill Mahi-Mahi fillet 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until meat can be flaked with a fork. Meat should be white when done.

Remove from grill, top with cooked asparagus and cooked crab meat, spoon hollandaise sauce over top

Serve with rice pilaf and lemon wedge
